How to delete an FB group on an iPhone
Step 1:
Open the Facebook app.
Step 2:
Tap on Menu and then select Groups
Step 3:
Find the group that you want to delete and tap on it.

Tap on the Manage button

Tap on the “Leave Group” to leave the group. If you just want to pause the group, tap on the “Pause group” button.
Step 6:
Tap again on the Leave Group in the pop-up.
You can see a block of messages in that pop-up. Make sure you read it and understand what happens when you leave a group. If you are the admin of that group, you will give up your admin when you leave the group.
If you are an admin and you accidentally left a group and lost your admin status, you can go to the group’s settings and tap on “Join as Admin”. You are not the admin of the group!
Step 7:
To delete a group, first, delete all the members of that group. To do this go to the member’s section and click “See all”. You can delete one member at a time only. Once you have deleted all the members, select “Leave Group”

How to delete an FB group on a computer (PC or Mac)
Step 1:
Go to FaceBook.com and then click on Groups. You will find Groups on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 2:
Click on the “People” tab and then click the “See all” link.
Step 3:
Remove all the members one by one. You also have the option to pause the group but clicking on the “Pause group” link from the menu. Once you pause a group, all the posting, comments, etc.. will be on hold. All these group comments, and posts are viewable but not editable.
